Senior Counsellor Abroad Study (Medical Studies)

Klick Edu Nepal,  is looking for an experienced Senior Abroad Study Counsellor with a strong background in counselling students for medical and health science programs abroad.

The counsellor will primarily guide students interested in MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing, BPH, Pharmacy, Paramedical and other medical-related programs. The candidate should have good knowledge of medical entrance and eligibility requirements in Nepal, especially the CEE/MECEE-BL examination, and should be able to explain its relevance for students planning to study medical programs in Nepal and abroad.

The Senior Counsellor will be responsible for counselling students and parents, selecting suitable universities and countries, explaining eligibility criteria, coordinating applications and documentation, assisting with admission and visa procedures, and maintaining regular follow-up throughout the admission process.

Organization: Klick Edu Nepal 
Location: Putalisadak, Kathmandu
Working Days: Sunday to Friday
Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and expertise

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in abroad study counselling, preferably in the medical education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of MBBS, BDS, Nursing, Public Health, Pharmacy and other health science programs abroad.
  • Good understanding of the CEE/MECEE-BL exam, eligibility criteria and medical admission process in Nepal.
  • Knowledge of medical university admission requirements, documentation, scholarships and visa procedures.
  • Ability to clearly counsel students and parents regarding countries, universities, fees, eligibility and career pathways.
  • Experience handling applications, documentation, follow-ups and university coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Strong interpersonal, counselling, convincing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple student cases and work toward admission targets.
  • Must be professional, confident, responsible, organized and student-focused.
