Role Overview
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing educational programs and courses offered by E-Tutor Class. This role involves coordinating with instructors, students, content developers, and technical teams to ensure seamless course delivery, student engagement, and program success.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of educational programs, ensuring smooth operation and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain course schedules, timelines, and content update plans.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructors to design and refine curriculum structures.
- Ensure that all learning materials, assessments, and resources are up-to-date and aligned with academic and competitive exam standards.
Student Engagement & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for students, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Organize orientation sessions, webinars, and Q&A sessions to enhance student engagement.
- Monitor student progress and performance, providing necessary support and interventions.
Instructor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with instructors and faculty members to ensure quality content delivery.
- Schedule and manage live classes, recorded sessions, and interactive discussions.
- Provide necessary training and support to educators for using online teaching tools effectively.
Quality Assurance & Improvement
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from students and instructors.
- Analyze course effectiveness and suggest improvements based on student performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and educational standards.
Technology & Platform Management
- Work with the technical team to resolve platform-related issues affecting students or instructors.
- Assist in integrating new technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Monitor platform analytics to optimize engagement and retention rates.
Marketing & Outreach Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote courses and increase enrollment.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, newsletters, and social media content.
- Support partnerships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, educational management, or EdTech-related roles.
- Experience in online learning platforms, LMS (Learning Management Systems), or digital education is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with EdTech platforms like Moodle, Thinkific, Teachable, or similar.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies related to education programs.
