Job Overview:

As the HR and Operations Officer at E-Tutors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization by managing both human resources and operational processes. You will be responsible for attracting and retaining talented individuals, fostering a positive work environment, and overseeing day-to-day operational activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Human Resources:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.

2. Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates.

3. Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, introducing them to the company culture, policies, and expectations.

4. Manage employee relations, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.

5. Administer employee benefits and payroll processes accurately and efficiently.

 

Operations:

1. Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve overall organizational performance.

3. Maintain and update organizational databases, including employee records, schedules, and other relevant information.

4. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a conducive working environment.

5. Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and training sessions.

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in HR and operations roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

3. Strong understanding of Nepal's labor laws and regulations.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
